REVERSE YOUR PROCLIVITIES

Greet Your Growth Openly
We notice,as we go along in life, that there is too much dependence on habits.Habit forming happens passively, by default, and then those habits are not easy to let go.That is why it makes good sense to cultivate empowering habits.Or at least, unlearn those which do not augur well for our growth.

Habituate yourself
Any feeling or thought of  incapacity that comes in as a habitual pattern repeatedly,we need to reverse it immediately.Any incapacity feelings related to capability, esteem, self concept, performance, relationship, success, ability, money ,wealth, past mistakes, future apprehensions ...cry out to us to reverse them immediately.

Remind yourself
Make sure to remind yourself that you are committed to renewal of mind, renewal of response."It's not how far you fall but how high you bounce that counts".Visualise attaching white light ,uplifting energy to all facets that touch you in a less than pleasant way. This builds neuroplasticity(we can dewll on this some other time).
Remember, you are under no compulsion to believe,or fall in line with your disempowering feelings.

Outperform yourself
You are under no compulsion to remain stuck in one incident memory.Connect with your past positively. Always.

You must motivate yourself to outperform yourself.give yourself incentives to outperform yourself.Ever wonder why  people go to coaches and mentors to get motivated? Why can people not motivate themselves? Why wait for people to do it to you?

Only one suggestion my dears :Change that habit consistently.Never lose your momentum.

Over to you my friends....

Hi Mona,

Wonderful, indeed!

I just loved what you wrote about how we are under no compulsion to believe or be overcome by unhelpful feelings.

When I feel I'm about to be impacted by a negative emotion, I quickly dissociate from the feeling and just watch it objectively, until it passes away.

Thank you.
