Question Your Vulnerability

Mostly when we feel vulnerable and threatened we simply go along with the belief that there actually is something that is tangibly threatening us;whereas in fact there may be no threat actually in our life.We certainly need to do some serious questioning in life.

So Here goes........
Where does threat really hide?

How much do you depend on outer circumstances and other people in order to feel balanced, composed and fulfilled within?

How many of your “buttons” are open for being pressed by outer circumstances and other people in life?

Are you totally open and totally vulnerable to outer circumstances and other people? Are you only 50% vulnerable to getting your "buttons" pressed or are you 25% vulnerable to getting your "buttons" pressed by outer circumstances and other people ?Or are you only 10% vulnerable?Do you have a choice over how vulnerable you want to be?Or do you have no choice at all over your vulnerability?

In case you do have a choice would you like to make an empowering choice? Before that, surely, you would like to know what is your vulnerability really? You are vulnerable when you lose your composure ,your temper ,your “self-liking”,your enjoyment and appreciation of life.

Do you know what subjects, situations, people or their behaviours routinely press your “buttons”.Have you thought about that, ever?Have you thought about those assumptions which have become fixed in your life? Are they all right?Do they empower you?

Having thought all this through have you left these beliefs of life unresolved, like unwashed dishes?

Over to you my  friends...
