What Are You Lacking 

THERE IS INDEED A SECRET  BEHIND SUCCESS

What is it that you feel, you do not know ,or cannot do, that decides your success?If you knew that something  or did that something would it increase your chances of success?

Obviously there are others who know something,currently, you do not  know ,or do something you do not do . So decide today, to make an all out effort to find out .To come to know, what you must know for achieving  spectacular success .

In your chosen field,once you have a clear purpose, what is the missing link to success?

Search For Your Missing link

Find out.Keep searching till you find it .It can never so happen that one person knows some secret leading to spectacular success, while you are missing that spectacular success because you, somehow ,do not know that same secret. That something.

After all ,if you analyse it  carefully ,common sense tells you that the successful achiever is also living on the same planet,under the same sky,same sun and moon,with the same muscles, sinews and bones forming his human body.What is different then?What  is the difference causing success to rush to his doorstep day after day ,while others only watch in amazement?

The difference is gross .And the difference is very subtle.

The Only Big Difference That Matters

Essentially , only two aspects stand out to make a difference;the motivation to succeed, and the ability to achieve.That is all.Period.

YOU NEED SOMETHING EXTRA TO SUCCEED

Assuming that motivation exists  sufficient enough  to reach the  desired  goals ,what else remains?Ability?Now what exactly is ability?

Ability is  two words,“know how”.It is the knowledge(know) of what is to be done and the capacity(how) to do something.You want it bite sized ?This is it:-

a)   Knowledge.Information.

b)  Capacity.Skill

Both factors combine to give you the required ability to accomplish something.Ability combined with motivation brings about sure success .

Look at it another way.Motivation is the fuel running the engine of ability .Purpose is the driver and you are the journeyman .However ability must feed on a regular diet of consistency .If you are not consistent then your success ,if at all, is a fluke .It is a mere mercy bestowed by fleeting incidents of chance .Yet spectacular success is better known by it’s recurrence. There are ways and means of acquiring consistent ability which establishes your mastery over a known formula, the standard mixture  required to reach your goal.

Are You An Innovator ?

PERHAPS YOU ARE AN INNOVATOR

That ability,that formula is your innovation.Yes your ability is an innovation and you do not need to reinvent the wheel every time you need to reach the same goal.Just go on replicating your formula.Just go on exploiting your ability for arriving at success.Again and again.
