Hi Mona,

These were brilliant thoughts and some of the best I've read for a very long time.

I loved the one about the more calm we are, the more empowered we are, because we act from a place of centeredness. The one about seven eighth of a job is to stay calm, while one eighth is to do the job is really good, too.

Many thanks for sharing!

Appreciate your acknowledgements.yet i must share with you that I personally feel deeply about calmness and tranquility a lot.It is one of the most powerful attributes in human
character.Something that will inevitably turn the tide in our favour,no matter what the odds.

Mona, enjoyed your reflections and thoughts on calmness here. Especially the part about not worrying about minor issues and everything is a minor issue. Really, if we took everything for much less importance than we give it, we would have more peace of mind and relaxation.

Also, I like your thoughts on persepctive. we can't change what happens to us but we can change what happens to us but we can change the way we feel about it.

Thank you for sharing your insights. Wishing you a wonderful new year.
