MAGIC AND MIRACLE OF A SECOND

JUST ONE SECOND
Our lives are actually not lived in days, weeks, months, years,or decades.

At the simplest level we live our lives in seconds.Yes we only truly exist  in that tiny fraction of chronology.

There is magic, and there are miracles happening in that one second.

Trillions of  cells in your body are shifting your biology in that one second. In that same one second zillions of water molecules are pushing the rain cloud to burst into  deluge.Think of it.On the surface it appears trivial yet there is deep ,fascinating magic unfolding in that one second. So insignificant ,yet so explosively powerful.

The entire universe is operating at dual levels. As processes ,and as events.Processes ,by themselves are valuable and profound.  Yet the miracle, the magic ,the fascination happens only during events.True celebration happens only during an event. An event comes, and it goes.A carnival is an event,it just comes, and it goes.So does a second in your life.

Each second sits perched on the precipice, between history and possibility.Life is conceived in the human womb within the undulation of a second.Within  a second itself the heart stops beating.Forever.How a single second holds the power to herald your arrival. And your departure!

Every second, that steps onto the carpet of time, comes crammed with the astounding creative potential  of the universe.Yet we preoccupy ourselves only with the macro, the giant, the big because we are dismissive of the tiny building blocks that contribute to the large. One single second is a hologram of the entire cosmos and so potent in itself. Galaxies creep in outer space, tectonic plates shift on the earth’s crust ,in the span of a second, contributing to history.Within the stillness of a second the leaf falls silently to the forest floor, and the cycle of nature, the pulsation of the Cosmos continues…

Do not underrate the treasure of the second.Reach out and grasp its fleeting tail,if possible, because you are incessantly living, and dying within the miracle of a second.
