Kids have a tendency to laugh and smile easily.Most adults don’t.But it’s a forgotten art that needs to be practiced and revived.
Clinically ,smiles have been related to a host of benefits including
lower blood pressure,reduced stress,lower BP,increased confidence and a surge
in energy levels.

Frowning involves more muscles than smiling but those fewer
muscles in a smile only help to reduce your stress .Whereas the larger number
of frown muscles lend themselves to increased psychological disturbances.
Smiles bring people together ,increase attraction,bring
warmth to the aura of the person.Smiling
is easy when you comprehend the importance of this easy muscular
activity.Life is meant to be simple,and a smile certainly goes a long way in un
complicating a situation.

So whenever you can-smile.If you cant,then join others in
smiling.When you can't do that either at least allow others to smile.That is
enough to bring generosity to the small
world you live in.Smiles are the biggest
philanthropy you can engage in.
Your smile carries a light,so do your best to illuminate all dark corners you see in the world around you.
