“I slept and I dreamed that life is all joy. I woke and I saw that life is all service. I served and I saw that service is joy.”
Creativity is a divine urge in every living organism in the universe.Writing is one of them.Blogging is an extension of writing for those who carry an inherent passion for expressing themselves in written format online.
In 1997 John Barger is credited to have started blogging.Initially known as web-logs,today blogs have mushroomed by the thousands.Everyone wants to express themselves in a unique way through a blog. The bottom line is how you write, what you write--in short your content. That is the meat. And it calls for some deliberation, research, and interest;something that a beginner finds daunting and nebulous. But most successful bloggers are pretty systematic in their approach.
It may vary a bit here and there, yet broadly they follow a sequence something like this:-
1.Plan the content
2.Research for it on:-
a)Related sites
b)Reference forums
c)Related blogs
d)Periodicals,publications,magazines.
e)Actual studies,real life etc.
3.Brainstorm ideas for posts
4.Invest in keyword search
5.Write a number of posts beforehand
6.Write well ,while doing so eliminate typos, grammar & nuisance turnoffs.
7.The layout conforms to captivating intro, middle and summary
7.Pay good attention to titles.
8.Post regularly.
10. Finally,before posting insert metadata,categories ,tags,excerpts and custom fields
As you write engaging content your intent is more altruistic than any thing else. You want to help and enable as much of your audience as possible. You want reach out to them not for yourself but for themselves. So you keep your stuff ultra-simple , it is like baby feed--easy to digest. And as they “grow” they’ll be able to search better “diet”…there again you may be able to help them.Just give it a tryone of these days.Today's a good day to start!
